I buy a lot of cars online, and sight unseen. I almost always buy from private individuals, because of a couple bad dealer experiences. To be honest, I didn't think there were any reputable car dealerships in existence anymore until I ran across Don Sitts Auto Sales on the internet. They had a car that I fell in love with but I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy from a dealer. I called and asked questions which they gladly answered, they took more photos for me, and were very happy to accommodate any and all requests I had. I bet it was at least a month, maybe more, from our first conversation that I decided to buy my Challenger. At no time during that month did I ever feel pressured by my salesman Curt, who was an absolute professional to deal with. We kept in contact but there were no high pressure sales pitches ever. Curt was great and easy to work with, as was Ed, who handled all the paperwork. Both men are of the utmost integrity, and Ed was even able to get me a better interest rate than I could get at my own credit union! The whole experience was about as easy and painless as it could be to buy a car. I recommend Don Sitts Auto Sales to anyone looking for their next car. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. For the past two years, I've been seriously looking for my dream car Corvette. I followed up on newspaper ads, bought the Corvette magazines, and drove by Don Sitts Auto frequently. Two weeks ago I drove by Sitts and saw the yellow 2000 across the street. This was the car. Everything about the car was perfect. Ted walked across the street, introduced himself, and in a very professional, informative way with no pressure, made me feel at home. For the next 3 or 4 days and nights, I stopped and looked at the car. I must have talked to Stephanie 6 to 8 times and she was always cheery and helpful. Once I made the decision to buy, I met Ed. What a nice guy and gentleman. It was great to see an old friend on the sales staff: Curt Conrad, another professional. Jim the mechanic was so helpful and apologetic that the part for the remote wasn't in. He made me feel that the car was in good hands and he would see it through. Mike Hayn was also very helpful when I picked the car up. Mike, I know how proud your dad is of you and the triplets. He talked about you all the time.
So it wasn't just the car that sold me. The friendly nature and helpfulness shown by everyone assured me that this was right. Congratulations to Don Sitts and his staff. Just wanted to tell you and your staff how much of a pleasant experience we had with your dealership. We drove in from the Rocky River area, less than an hour away with a trade-in and drove away with a cool looking Chevy HHR. The entire transaction now tops the list of great dealership experiences I had over the years.
There's none of the “hanging” around the front door like vultures, as with other dealerships, instead it's like a welcoming family experience and that goes from the initial contact of the guys washing cars to our sale rep Jeff Hardman, to your business manager Ed Tuma and “go to guy” Blaine. There was no pressure whatsoever.
Love the collector car motif in everyone's cubicles, and watching TV on your gas pump in the waiting room was awesome.
Even though we're hot rodders, we are concerned about gas mileage, and my little Chevy HHR gets almost 40mpg.
Thanks again for finding me what I wanted, and I'll highly recommend you guys where ever I go. Abd the coffee ain't bad either!

I am completely satisfied with the entire process of buying my Montego. I am especially happy with how Curt worked with me. I've been looking for a car for a few weeks. Many other places I went I felt like I was being preyed upon. The salesmen were like vultures hovering around to pounce on me. And of course, I heard the classic line “What's it gonna take you get you in this car today?” I hate feeling pressured and I hate those stereotypical sales lines.
